How do I get a £100 voucher for signing up for broadband?

What’s the deal?

If you’re a mobile member, you get a £100 gift voucher to spend at more than 120 top retailers when you join our brand new broadband service.

What do I need to do to be eligible for the voucher?

You need to be an existing giffgaff mobile member before 1/10/25, order Broadband from us before the end of this year, and stay for at least 2 months once your service is live.

Order giffgaff broadband by 31/12/2025, then activate the connection and make a second broadband plan purchase by 01/06/2026. See the full terms.

How to claim your voucher:

You’ll be emailed by us when you’ve met the eligibility criteria with all the details.

Once you’ve got an email from us:

2. Enter your voucher number: This will be in the email from us

3. Enter your validation code: This will be in the email from us

4. Choose your gift voucher (from the different retailers available)

5. Check your inbox. You’ll get your gift voucher by email shortly after you make your selection from the retailer you select.

Where can I redeem my voucher?

Loads of places, over 120 retailers. Amazon, Asos, Apple, Argos, Costa Coffee, Deliveroo, John Lewis, Boots, Love2Shop, Asda, Aldi, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Nando’s, M&S, Selfridges and loads more.

You can even mix and match by splitting your £100 across up to 5 different retailers. Flexible, just the way we like it.

I can’t find my voucher

You should have an email from us once you’ve hit the eligibility criteria.
