If you’d like to leave us and you’re not planning on keeping your current mobile number, you’ll need a Service Termination Authorisation Code (STAC).
You can request your STAC by:
Giving us a call on 43431,
Heading over to your profile and settings page, or:
Texting STAC to 75075, for free.
You should receive your STAC within 60 seconds, and it will be valid for 30 days. If you want a STAC, you’ll need to be in the UK to request it.
You can Text 'INFO' to 85075 for free, if you want to see your latest account information.
Note: You should only request a STAC if you want to close your existing account without transferring its number. If you wish to transfer your number you’ll need to request a PAC instead.
