You have a few alternative options though when it comes to obtaining information about your mobile usage:
View your usage on your usage statement. Usage statements normally updates at 8am daily (i.e. every 24 hours) and it gives details about credit usage only
Members can text the word "PLAN" to 43430 to obtain call, text and data usage in the last 30 days
New members should allow 32 days from activating their SIM for the information to be updated for the first time
If you need a proof of usage statement for an insurance claim, we can provide this to your insurer
If you need more info and usage records no older than 12 months, ask one of our agents below for a usage record
Note: To obtain usage records more than 12 months ago, you'd need to raise a Subject Access request (SAR).
