Find out if you can get an itemised bill, alternatives to an itemised bill and how to check my usage.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide itemised statements at the moment.

You have a few alternative options though when it comes to obtaining information about your mobile usage:

  1. View your usage on your usage statement. Usage statements normally updates at 8am daily (i.e. every 24 hours) and it gives details about credit usage only

  2. Members can text the word 'PLAN' to 43430 to obtain call, text and data usage in the last 30 days

    • New members should allow 32 days from activating their SIM for the information to be updated for the first time

  3. If you need a proof of usage statement for an insurance claim, we can provide this to your insurer

  4. If you need more info and usage records no older than 12 months, ask one of our agents below for a usage record

Note: We only hold records about your outgoing calls and text messages (SMS) for the past 12 months. We can't help with incoming calls, SMS records or the content of each call or SMS
