If you decide to switch to another network, you’ll need to request a PAC code if you want to keep your phone number. You’ll then need to pop that code in when your new network provider requests it.

Texting PAC to 65075, for free, if you want to keep your phone number.
You should receive your PAC code within 60 seconds, and it will be valid for 30 days. If you want a PAC code, you’ll need to be in the UK to request it.
You have up to 30 days from when you leave giffgaff to request a PAC code from us, and it will be valid for an additional 30 days from the date of issue. If you wish to request a PAC code after you have left, you can do this by logging into your account. We’ll be sad to see you go.
