What to do if you've lost your SIM
Oh dear. If your SIM has been lost or possibly even stolen you might want to block the SIM so no one else can use it.
Pop over to your account to order a new SIM and block your old SIM.
If you lost your phone too you should report it lost so it can be blocked and no one else will be able to use it.
