Fret not. You can be up and running again in no time.

In the giffgaff app go to Account > SIM > Replace my SIM > Switch to a new eSIM.

Follow the quick steps there and you’ll be able to add the eSIM back onto your phone. Keep in mind that you’ll have to wait an hour between each new switch. You can switch to a new eSIM between 4:30am and 9:30pm.

Note: We're running a security test that might hold up your MFA code if you're expecting it by email. So to replace a deleted eSIM, activate a physical SIM first and wait 24 hours before switching to a new eSIM. Or just get in touch with one of our helpful agents.
