What if I have changed my number twice?
If you have already changed your number yourself twice and want to change it again, any future changes will have to be made by our helpful agents
Note: Don't get locked out of your accounts. Changing your phone number means you won't receive 2-factor authentication codes (2FA) from other companies for example, banks or in some cases your emails.
Make sure to log in to any accounts that use your current giffgaff number for 2FA codes and turn it off before you change it.
