We think you should be able to leave in a way that’s fair. So if it’s not right for you, we’ll meet you in the middle with an early termination charge. It’s set at 50% of the cost of your current or most recent plan, multiplied by the number of full months left in your contract.
For those who like a formula:
Early termination charge = ([Cost of your current plan]/2) x [Number of months left in your contract]
How to end your contract early:
Online - Log into your account, then go to 'Orders & payments' > 'Terminate your contract' > then 'End my contract'
Through the App - tap 'Account' > 'Payments' > 'Your contract' > 'Terminate your contract' > 'End my contract'
