To support our members families during this difficult time there are a couple of things that can be done.

Include both the full name of the account holder and the giffgaff member name of their account (if you know it), their mobile phone number, and their registered address associated with the account.
Please also provide your own name, address and relationship to them, as well as a photocopy of their death certificate.
You’ll have the option of keeping the account or closing it down.
Lifeledger
Lifeledger
We’ve partnered up with Lifeledger, they have created a simple way of notifying us when these things happen.
If someone has a death in their family, create or register a free account with Lifeledger, then report the death to them. They will notify all their partnering companies (if the individual had an account with them) of their death rather than someone having to reach out to each company separately.
Now that we’re a registered partner with Lifeledger, our members will be able to use their service and our agents will be notified as part of that process.
