Need a VAT receipt or proof of purchase for your mobile phone or broadband usage? Or an invoice for either? No problem. Here's some handy steps to follow:
Log in to your giffgaff account and go to My payments
Find the order you need a VAT receipt for and click on 'View details'
Click on 'VAT receipt' in blue text on the right to download it as a PDF for your records.

Access the giffgaff app and tap on 'Account' (bottom right)
Tap 'Personal details'
Tap 'Profile and settings' and then 'Orders and Payments'
Scroll down until you see 'Order and Payment history' and tap 'View'
Find the order you need a VAT receipt for and click on 'View details'
Click on 'VAT receipt' in blue text on the right to download it as a PDF for your records

Things to keep in mind
For phone orders, VAT receipts are only available after your order has been delivered. If your order is still processing or pending, wait until it is marked as delivered before attempting to download the receipt.
VAT receipts are not available for refurbished or pre-owned devices. Instead, you can find a 'Proof of Purchase' document in your order details. Easy as pie.
