Updating your payment details
Keeping your payment details up to date ensures your giffgaff payments go through smoothly, preventing any delayed payment.

Head over your giffgaff dashboard and log into your account
Click Order and Payments (top of the page)
Select Update Card or Add credit/debit card (if no card as been added)
Add in your card details and check billing address (click change, if needed)
Once completed click ‘Update Card’

Click on 'Account'
Click 'Payment Methods'
Choose a payment method. Select a saved card to update its details or remove it entirely. Or select the Paypal option if you'd prefer to link a PayPal account instead
If you choose to update a card, you’ll be automatically redirected to your giffgaff dashboard in your web browser to finish entering your details.
Note: Removing a card will also cancel any recurring payment plans, which may interrupt your service next month. To keep your service active, please select the card and update its details instead.
Note: For broadband payment updates, Paypal is not an option.
If a payment didn’t go through (maybe funds were a bit low), don't worry - our system will automatically give it another go. No need to try paying again yourself.
If your bank declined it out of nowhere, it’s usually just them being extra cautious. Give your bank a quick shout to let them know it’s really you, then sit back and let our system retry the payment.
Updating your personal details
You can edit your personal details in your Dashboard. Remember to keep your details up-to-date so we can continue to provide you with a tip top service.
Updating your details using the giffgaff app?
Log into giffgaff app
Click on 'Account'
Select 'Personal details'
Scroll down until you see 'Personal details'
Update any personal details and press 'Save'
