How to update your payment or personal details online and on the giffgaff app

Updating payment details

Keeping your payment details up to date ensures your giffgaff payments go through smoothly, preventing any delayed payment.

Note: For broadband payment updates, Paypal is not an option.

Online

  1. Head over your giffgaff dashboard and log into your account

  2. Click Order and Payments (top of the page)

  3. Select Update Card or Add credit/debit card (if no card as been added)

  4. Add in your card details and check billing address (click change, if needed)

  5. Once completed click ‘Update Card’

  1. Log into giffgaff app

  2. Click on 'Account'

  3. Click Payments

  4. Select Update Card (you can also remove a card or add your PayPal)

  5. Add your card details and check billing address (click Change, if needed)

  6. Once completed, tap Update Card

Note: If you select ‘Remove this credit/debit card’, it'll remove the card and remove any recurring plans which could prevent next month's plan from kicking in. To ensure an uninterrupted service, please select ‘Update Card’ instead.

Updating personal details

You can edit your personal details in your account.

Remember to keep your details up-to-date so we can continue to provide you with a tip top service.

giffgaff App

  1. Log into giffgaff app

  2. Click on 'Account'

  3. Select 'Personal details'

  4. Scroll down until you see 'Personal details'

  5. Update any personal details and press save
