Keeping your payment details up to date ensures your giffgaff payments go through smoothly, preventing any delayed payment.

Head over your giffgaff dashboard and log into your account
Click Order and Payments (top of the page)
Select Update Card or Add credit/debit card (if no card as been added)
Add in your card details and check billing address (click change, if needed)
Once completed click ‘Update Card’

Click on 'Account'
Click Payments
Select Update Card (you can also remove a card or add your PayPal)
Add your card details and check billing address (click Change, if needed)
Once completed, tap Update Card
Note: If you select ‘Remove this credit/debit card’, it'll remove the card and remove any recurring plans which could prevent next month's plan from kicking in. To ensure an uninterrupted service, please select ‘Update Card’ instead.
