Keeping your payment details up to date ensures your giffgaff payments go through smoothly, preventing any delayed payment.
How to update your payment details on the website:
Head over the giffgaff website (If you aren't logged in already, log into your giffgaff account)
Click Order and Payments (You will see it on the top of the page);
Once you click on Orders and Payments and you will see the page below;
Select ‘Update Card’ or ‘Add credit/debit card’ if no card as been added;
Add in your card details and check billing address – Click change if needed.
Once completed click ‘Update Card’.
How to update your payment details on the giffgaff App:
Log into your account on the giffgaff App
Click on 'Account' (You should see it on the bottom right corner of your homepage);
On the next page, click 'Payments';
Select ‘Update Card’ (you can also remove a card or add your PayPal);
Add your card details and check billing address – Click 'Change' if needed.
Once completed click ‘Update Card’;
Note: If you select ‘Remove this credit/debit card’ - this will remove the card and also remove any recur plans which could prevent next month's plan from kicking in. To ensure uninterrupted service, please select ‘Update Card’ instead.
