Your eero may display different coloured lights to indicate its status, so we’ve explained what each one means and how to fix any issues if needed.
Eero light status | Resolution |
No light: Eero doesn't have power | Check that the power cable is connected properly and that the mains plug is switched on. |
Blinking white: eero software starting up/connecting to the internet | Wait for your eero to complete its start up. If the blinking is constant, restart it |
Blinking blue: broadcasting Bluetooth | Wait for the broadcast to time out (usually 90 seconds) |
Solid blue: the eero app is connected to your eero and setting it up | Continue setting up your eero via the app |
Blinking green: multiple eeros detected | Your eero will attempt to auto-connect to any pre-existing mesh |
Blinking yellow: unapproved USB-C power source used | Unplug and use the cable supplied to power your eero |
Solid white: eero | No issues here, everything’s running smoothly |
Solid red: eero is not connected to the internet | This could mean that the service is down. |
