My eero isn’t working, what should I do?

If your eero won’t turn on, there are a few simple things you can try to get it back up and running.

Let’s start with the basics:

  • Make sure your eero is plugged into a working socket. If you're unsure, it’s always worth trying another one.

  • Double-check that the power cable is firmly connected at both ends and isn’t damaged in any way.

  • Take a look at the power adapter. If you’ve got a compatible spare (22W or higher), try swapping it over

Still having trouble? You may need to perform a quick reset:

  • Unplug your eero from the power, wait about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and see if anything changes.

  • Keep an eye out for any indicator lights. If there are none, it usually points to a power issue.

  • If you do see a light, the colour can help. An orange or yellow light typically means the power supply isn’t supported.

It’s also worth checking the device itself. Look for any signs of physical damage and make sure it’s not overheating. Keeping it in a well-ventilated area can help avoid issues like this.
