Where can I check what time my engineer will arrive?

Your engineer arrival can be found in the emails we sent you and in your account dashboard.

We’ll email all the details to confirm the dates you’ve selected for your engineer visits.

You’ll also be able to log in to your account dashboard to view the time of your install along with any notes you may have left for the engineer when you signed up.

We have 2 slots for our installations, a morning slot which runs from 8am - 1pm and an afternoon slot which runs from 1pm - 6pm.

Note: If our engineer has not arrived within your selected timeslot, they could be running a little late between appointments. We'd suggest waiting an hour beyond your agreed timeslot to check for an update on our engineer or to rebook another slot.

Simply head to your account dashboard and select ‘Manage order'. Done
