What do I do if I can't find my address in the address checker?

If you can't find your details or your address when you search in our address check, you can try entering your address manually, if that does not work, then chat to an agent.

If you're unable to find your address in our address checker, try searching for your address manually.

How to find your address manually:

  1. Head to our address checker

  2. Enter something in the search bar

  3. If you cannot locate your address, scroll to the bottom and select 'enter address manually'.

If you're still struggling, let one of our agents know and we’ll get right on it. Chat with one of our helpful agents from your broadband account page. At the moment, they’ll be available weekdays 8am - 8pm and on weekends 9am - 6pm.
