Yes you can, as long as your new phone is compatible with eSIM. Follow these simple steps to move your eSIM to a new phone:
First, check if your new phone works with eSIM. This should be in your settings menu.
Next, download and log into the giffgaff app from your new phone
Head over to Account > SIM > Replace my SIM > Switch to new eSIM
Then, just follow the simple steps to switch your eSIM to your new phone
Note: We’re running a security test that might hold up your MFA code sent by SMS only. Need a code to switch to an eSIM? Switch back to a physical SIM so the code can be sent by SMS. Once you’ve received the code, you can then switch from the physical SIM back to your eSIM.
