Don’t want to miss a call? No worries. With call forwarding, you can send your calls to another number – like your mate’s phone, your work mobile, or even voicemail.
It’s super handy if you’re busy, out and about, or your phone’s off. That way, people can still get through (or leave a message), and you won’t miss a thing.
You can manage call forwarding on your device by following these simple steps, whether you're using an iOS or Android phone:
iOS devices
iOS devices
Open the 'Settings' app
Scroll down to 'Phone'
Toggle 'Call forwarding' to enable/disable
If turning on call forwarding, set a forwarding number by tapping the 'Forward to' or change the forwarding number
Thereafter, tap the 'Back' button
If you want your calls to go to voicemail, tap in 443
Note: If you're using multiple SIM's, select the SIM you want and then toggle 'Call forwarding'.
Android devices
Android devices
Head to the 'Phone' app
Tap on the 'vertical three-dot menu', and then 'Settings'
Tap on 'Calls', then 'Call forwarding'
From there, you can select and enable/disable different types of call forwarding:
Always forward: This will forward all incoming calls to another number until it’s turned off
When busy: Forwards calls when you’re already on another call
When unanswered: This option only forwards calls when you don’t answer the call
When unreachable: Forwards calls when your phone is in Airplane mode, switched off, or has no reception
Add the number you want the calls forwarded to and tap 'Turn on'.
If you want your calls to go to voicemail, tap in 443
Note: If you're using multiple SIM's, select the SIM you want and then toggle 'Call forwarding'.
