Auto-renew from credit is an additional payment option for our members.

This allows members to automatically renew their plan using the credit they have on their account.

Turn on auto-renew from credit

On the web app; head over to your account dashboard and click the Orders and Payments tab. Then, it’s just a case of toggling the 'Use my credit first' option to 'ON'.

On the mobile app; go to your 'Account' on the main menu and then 'Payments'.

Note: You must have sufficient credit in your balance to cover the full cost of your plan to use this feature.

Turn 'off' auto-renew from credit:

On the web app; head over to the Orders and Payments and toggle OFF 'Use my credit first'.

If using our mobile app; go to your 'Account' and then 'Payments'. Then, toggle OFF 'use my credit first'.

Not enough credit to auto-renew?

If there isn't enough credit in your account, we'll take the full cost from your saved payment method (for example, no mixed payment methods).

If you don't have a payment method saved, the transaction will fail and you'll have to buy the next plan manually using a new payment method and reset the auto-renew feature.

Note: You can use your credit to auto-renew any plan, including your monthly rolling plan or 18 month contract. These plans cannot be initially purchased using your credit, but can both be renewed by using your credit.
