Easy peasy. Whether you're in the UK or off on your travels, here's how to check your balance:

In the UK:

Call 43430 and follow the voice prompts. Press option 2 to hear your balance and plan info. (Heads up: option 2 also lets you buy a plan using your credit, so only press it if you just want your balance.)
Text INFO to 85075 — you’ll get a text back with your current credit and plan info.

Anywhere, UK or abroad:

Dashboard: Log in at giffgaff.com to see your balance instantly.
Giffgaff app: Open the app — your credit and plan info is all there in one place.

Pro tips:

Using the app or dashboard is often quicker than calling or texting, especially if you’re abroad.
If you’re abroad, connect to WiFi to avoid roaming charges — easy peasy!
