There are a few things that aren’t included in your plan. So it’s possible it could be one of the below. Check if you’ve been:

  • Making international calls

  • Sending picture messages (MMS)

  • Calling premium rate numbers

Or you may have run out of the plan data, minutes or texts. Check your usage in on your dashboard.
