Why hasn’t my auto top up worked?

  1. You might have exceeded the maximum number of auto top ups. You can have up to 3 auto tops ups each month. Check your auto top up settings here

  2. Your payment card may have expired. To fix this all you need to do is pop on over to your account and update your payment information

  3. Your card may have failed or been declined. You can try again but you should probably check with your card issuer to find out why the transaction failed
