When should I contact an agent or post on the community?

Our agents are here for account and billing issues. Anything where your personal data is involved. They'll do their best to get back to you within 24 hours.

If you need to, you can ask our agents a question here. Make sure to let them know as much info as possible so they can help you out.

If you have a quick question which isn't related to your account, why not ask our friendly community helpers? They're giffgaff members like you, with lots of experience of giffgaff and happy to help out.
