Tips to get the best results from the HelpBot

  1. Keep your question clear and simple. You don’t need to go into too much detail - just say what you need in your own way.

  2. One question at a time. Try to stick to one question or issue at a time - It’ll keep our HelpBot on track.

  3. It’s smart, but not all-knowing. If the Helpbot doesn’t get it the first time, don’t panic. Try asking your question differently or give it a little more detail of the problem you’re facing.

  4. If things still go wrong? If the HelpBot can’t help anymore, it’ll help you to direct your question to one of our agents.
