When to contact an agent

How and when you should contact an agent for help. Also, where to find your messages from agents.

Our agents are here for any account or billing issues. Anything where your personal data is involved.

If you need to, you can ask our agents a question. Make sure to let them know as much info as possible so they can help you out. They'll do their best to get back to you within 24 hours by email.

Where to find your agent messages

Direct agent emails/Help Hub (web)

If you’ve sent us a message using one of our agent forms, or the HelpBot couldn’t help and pointed you there, you can check your agent messages this way.

Just scroll to the top or bottom of any Help Hub article and:

  • Go to View agent messages:

  • Go to Get help > View agent messages

Direct agent emails (app)

If you’ve messaged us through an agent form on the website or in the giffgaff app, or the HelpBot couldn’t help and sent you there, you can check your agent email replies like this.

Open the giffgaff app and go to Help > Messages from us > Inbox.
