My kit hasn't arrived, what should I do?

What to do if your eero router hasn't turned up.

Your kit should turn up a few days before your go live day. You'll get an email with a tracking link when we send your eero out to you.

If it hasn’t arrived, let one of our agents know as quickly as you can and we’ll get right on it. To get this sorted, chat with one of our helpful agents from your broadband account page. At the moment, they’ll be available weekdays 8am - 8pm and on weekends 9am - 6pm.
