6 months of broadband for just £5 a month

That’s right, full fibre for a fiver.

Written by George

Snap up an incredible offer on all our 24 month fixed term broadband plans. You’ll pay just £5 a month for 6 months. After the 6 months you’ll automatically pay the full price of the plan you selected, so make sure it’s the right one for you.

Note: You’ll pay £5 a month for 6 months, then full price after that.

Who can get this offer?

Firstly you’ll need to make sure you can get giffgaff broadband at your address.

If you can, fantastic. That means the deal is available to you, so long as you’re a resident in the UK and over the age of 18 at the time of the promotion. You don’t need to be an existing giffgaff mobile member.

If we’re not available on your street at the moment then sadly you won’t be able to get this deal, but you can register your interest for the future.

How can I get full fibre for a fiver?

Glad you asked. Just place an order between 8 June and 28 August 2026 and you’ll get the deal.

I’m already with giffgaff broadband, can I get this too?

You certainly can. You’ll just need to change your plan in your account dashboard from monthly rolling to a 24 month fixed term. Not sure how to do that? We’ve got you covered.

If you’re already on a fixed term, change your plan to one of the offers. You don’t have to change your speed, you can stick with the speed you have if you like, but you are of course welcome to go faster or slower if you want to.

When will it kick in?

New broadband members will receive the first 6 months of their broadband plan for £5 a month, with the first payment taken at the point of activation.

For existing broadband members, the promotional price will apply to the next six months billing periods following the effective date of the plan change. For members changing the speed on an existing 24 month plan, just be aware that this won’t reset the 24 month term.

Anything else I need to know?

That’s about the nuts and bolts of it, but you can look over the full terms and conditions of the offer for the details on offer redemption, any exclusions, cancellation etc.
