How to buy a new plan early
You can buy a new plan early through the app or on your dashboard once you have less than 500 MB left in your current plan. Or you can use pay as you go credit to stay connected.
You can also use some of your plan allowance while roaming in the EU and selected destinations. Should you have less than 500 MB of roaming data, you can also purchase a new plan early to renew this allowance.
How do I avoid this happening again?
If you’ve run out before the month is up, you may want to try a plan with more data. Have a look at your usage statement under, “what’s the best plan for you” for our recommendation.
