The community is a place buzzing with life, where you can get involved with the mobile network.

You can:

  • chat with other members

  • get your creative juices flowing

  • answer questions when people need help

  • make suggestions when you observe something not quite right

Note: New members can't share images and links, update their avatar or use the private message system. For further information, please feel free to visit our community guidelines.

You can share ideas to improve the service. Search for existing ideas that have already been suggested.

As a member you can give and receive support, help grow and shape the giffgaff way of doing mobile, and make a difference in other lives.

There’s never a dull moment when you participate.

What's a Community Educator?

Educators are staff members who support and engage with the topics shared within our community. Their primary role is to educate and guide our members through positive reinforcement, helping them better understand and navigate discussions.

Unlike 'Moderators,' who typically oversee content for behaviour, our community at giffgaff is self-moderating. This means that our members help identify issues, allowing us to focus more on fostering engaging content and bringing exciting new ideas to the forefront, rather than focusing on penalising negative behaviour.

You can identify an educator by their yellow circled avatars and their educator badges. You can also learn more about the community team, here.
