How to fix login issues: Check your username and password, reset them if needed, or contact giffgaff support for further assistance.

Having trouble logging in? No worries – let’s get it sorted:

To log in, you need to use your giffgaff mobile number or member name and password.

  • Forgot your member name? Text membername to 43430 from your giffgaff phone, and we’ll send it right over.

  • Forgot your password? Try resetting your password here - you would need either you member name, phone number or email address.

Once you've entered these, you'll be sent a 2 step verification code by either email or SMS, depending on your settings.

Why can't I log into the giffgaff app?

Having problems with login on the giffgaff app? Try these steps:

Make sure your phone is running the latest OS version

  1. Go to your phone’s settings

  2. Check for system/software updates

Download the latest version of the app

  1. Go to your phone's app store (i.e. Apple App Store, Google Play)

  2. Go to your installed apps list

  3. Check to see if your giffgaff app needs updating

  4. If it does, click “Update”

Uninstall and reinstall the app

  1. Press and hold down on the giffgaff app icon

  2. Select “Uninstall” from the pop-up menu

  3. Go to your phone’s app store (i.e. Apple App Store, Google Play)

  4. Search for “giffgaff” and install the app

If you’re still having trouble logging in to the app, you can also log onto your account through your phone’s browser.
