Forgot your member name? Text membername to 43430 from your giffgaff phone, and we’ll send it right over.
Forgot your password? Try resetting your password here - you would need either you member name, phone number or email address.
Once you've entered these, you'll be sent a 2 step verification code by either email or SMS, depending on your settings.

If it does, click “Update”
Uninstall and reinstall the app
Press and hold down on the giffgaff app icon
Select “Uninstall” from the pop-up menu
Go to your phone’s app store (i.e. Apple App Store, Google Play)
Search for “giffgaff” and install the app
If you’re still having trouble logging in to the app, you can also log onto your account through your phone’s browser.
