You can't spend more than £40 on a single call to a premium number or shortcode or text.
When the cost of a voice call to a premium number or shortcode reaches £40, the call will automatically terminate. If you experience this, you should receive an SMS from us to remind you of the £40 cap. Premium numbers affected start with the following prefixes: 09, 084 118, 0871, 0872, 0873.
They also include calls to mobile shortcodes.
