How to resolve 2-step verification email issues on giffgaff, including troubleshooting missed emails and resending verification links.

I didn't receive my verification code

  1. Check your email in case we sent the code there too. Make sure you check your email junk/spam folder

  2. It can take up to 5 minutes for the code to arrive. Wait and if still doesn't arrive, try clicking “resend code”

  3. Check to make sure your inbox isn't already full

  4. If that all fails, get in touch with our handy agents

I don’t have access to my email right now

We need you to confirm your email in order to keep you safe. That means each time you log in to your giffgaff account, we’ll send a verification code to your email or phone number.

When trying to turn on extra security or changing your email once enabled, we need you to have access to your email in order to confirm it’s you.

I received the code but it isn't working

  1. Check you’ve entered the right code

  2. The code expires after 10 minutes. Ask for a new one if it’s been longer than 10 minutes
