What happens when my broadband contract ends?

After your contract finishes, you'll move to a 30 day monthly rolling plan.

Once you’ve come to the end of your contract, we’ll move you onto a monthly rolling plan which matches the closest to the plan you’re currently on.

Fret not, we’ll always let you know ahead of time that we’re going to do this to make sure you have the flexibility to switch if that’s something you’d like to do.

If you’re not sticking with us then we’ll be sorry to see you go. Your final bill will be your payment at the beginning of your last month with us.

If you don’t want to move on to a monthly rolling plan or you want to leave then just chat with one of our helpful agents from your broadband account page. At the moment, they’ll be available weekdays 8am - 8pm and on weekends 9am - 6pm.
