How to cancel your broadband contract and plan

To cancel your giffgaff broadband plan and contract, there are a couple of things you can do:

  1. Login to your account dashboard.

    1. You’ll see a 'cancel contract' button on your contract card

    2. Select it and it will fire up a chat with one of our agents who can help

At the moment, they’ll be available weekdays 8am - 8pm and on weekends 9am - 6pm.

Just let the agent know you need to cancel and they’ll get it sorted for you. If you're in a fixed term and want to cancel the term early, then early termination fees may then apply.
