Receiving unwanted emails can cramp your style and be annoying. We have a "No Spam" policy and only send account-related information or marketing you've opted into. If giffgaff is sending you emails that you didn't ask for, don't worry - we've got your back.

Here's how to manage your email preferences and say goodbye to unwanted emails:

  • Scroll down the page till you see "Contact permission" and click Open (located on the right of the page)

  • From there, you can choose what you'd like to receive - or not receive - from us.

  • Don't forget to select 'Save' to save your changes.

Note: giffgaff's database is updated overnight so please allow time for these changes to take effect. If you do not have a giffgaff account, try clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any emails from us.

What if I don't have an account with giffgaff?

Are you receiving emails from giffgaff, and you're not sure why as you don't have a giffgaff account? No worries - here's what you can do:

  • Unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe from giffgaff emails. Click the 'Unsubscribe' link - It's usually at the bottom of the email.

  • Block the sender: If unsubscribing didn't help, most email providers let you block specific addresses, preventing those emails from reaching your inbox.

  • Contact your email provider: If unwanted emails keep coming, reach out to your email support for help filtering out or blocking giffgaff emails.
