How to change or rebook a broadband install appointment.

Changing or rebooking your broadband install is super easy. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Log in to your giffgaff broadband account

  2. Head over to your broadband order

  3. Hit the “Manage your install” button under the install you’re looking to change or rebook (only visible for upcoming installs)

  4. Our smart calendar will pop up so you can choose a new install time and date

  5. You’ll get a confirmation email with the changes you made after you’re done
