How do I check if I’m on the latest version of the giffgaff app?
You can check by following these simple steps:
Head over to the App Store or Google Play Store to make sure that you've updated to the latest version of the giffgaff app
If you are, close the app completely by going to the app switcher and swiping the app away
Then relaunch the giffgaff app, which will reload with the latest version
If this doesn’t work for you, then try restarting your phone and relaunching the app.
