Phone returns
You’ve got 21 days to return both new and refurbished phones for any reason. Even if you’ve just changed your mind.
SIM orders
Our SIMs are delivered free almost anywhere in the world.
1-2 business days to UK addresses
3-5 business days to Europe
5+ business days to the rest of the world
Important: SIMs to be delivered outside of the UK can take a little longer due to factors like customs, remote locations, and other unforeseen delays.
SIM returns
If you order a SIM then change your mind there’s no need to return it. It’s yours to keep, or hand to a friend who might need one.
