Phone orders
All our phones are delivered to most mainland UK addresses on the next business day with free delivery. Please keep in mind; Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland can take up to 4 business days.
Phone returns
You’ve got 21 days to return both new and refurbished phones for any reason. Even if you’ve just changed your mind.
SIM orders
Members can order a SIM to be delivered to their UK address. Timeframe for delivery:
1-2 business days to UK addresses
Important: Members travelling abroad who require a physical SIM will need to order it to their UK address before leaving the country or purchase one from a local UK retailer. Alternatively, you can use an eSIM.
SIM returns
If you order a SIM then change your mind there’s no need to return it. It’s yours to keep, or hand to a friend who might need one.
