Phone orders
All our phones are delivered to most mainland UK addresses on the next business day with free delivery. Please keep in mind; Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland can take up to 4 business days.
Phone returns
You’ve got 21 days to return both new and refurbished phones for any reason. Even if you’ve just changed your mind.
Note: The iPhone 18 Pro Max has a bigger battery than earlier models, so it can't go back the usual way. Chat with one of our agents and they'll talk you through it. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
SIM orders
Members can order a SIM to be delivered to their UK address. Timeframe for delivery:
1-2 business days to UK addresses
Important: Members travelling abroad who require a physical SIM will need to order it to their UK address before leaving the country or purchase one from a local UK retailer. Alternatively, you can use an eSIM.
SIM returns
If you order a SIM then change your mind there’s no need to return it. It’s yours to keep, or hand to a friend who might need one.
