What’s one touch switch and how does it work?

One touch switch is just the best way to switch your broadband to giffgaff.

One touch switch is a nifty system that makes switching broadband providers in the UK super easy. When you’re choosing new broadband, your new provider can help you with your switch.

Here’s how it works:

  • Pick your new provider: No need to contact your old one, your new provider sorts the whole switch for you

  • Give them your details: They’ll need these to contact your old provider and get them to send you any info about leaving. This might include things like any charges for leaving a contract early and what your final bill would be

  • Confirm the switch: They’ll let you know how long it’ll take (usually about two weeks)

  • Out with the old in with the new: Your new provider keeps you updated, and your old service stops on the same day your new one starts. That means no overlapping charges

No hassle, no awkward phone calls, just a smooth, stress-free way to switch and get the broadband you want. Lovely stuff.
