How do I switch my broadband to another provider?

Well firstly, we'd be gutted to see you go. If you haven't already, speak to one of our agents first to see if there's anything we can do.

Remember that if you're in a fixed term and want to cancel early, early termination fees may apply.

Switching using One Touch Switch

If your new provider uses One Touch Switch (OTS), they'll handle the switching process for you. OTS is a system that makes changing broadband providers simple, so you won't need to contact us to arrange the switch.

You'll be able to choose the date you'd like the switch to happen, and your new provider will take care of the rest.

Switching without One Touch Switch

If your new provider doesn't use One Touch Switch, contact one of our agents and let them know you're leaving.

They'll explain any charges that may apply if you're still in contract, when your final bill will be issued, and when your broadband service with us will end.
