If they’re anything like us, your new provider will probably be using One Touch Switch (OTS). OTS is a system for changing your broadband which means the new provider handles everything for you. You won’t need to contact us at all and you can choose the date you want the switch to happen.
Contact one of our agents and let them know you’re leaving. They’ll fill you in on any charges there might be if you’re still in contract, when your last bill would be and when your broadband service with us would end. To get this sorted, chat with one of our helpful agents from your broadband account page. At the moment, they’ll be available weekdays 8am - 8pm and on weekends 9am - 6pm.
