You’re welcome to send a faulty phone to us for repair, even if the phone is out of warranty. The warranty period for new phones varies between manufacturers. All giffgaff refurbished phones have a 12, 18 or 24 month warranty.
Note: Repairing a phone out of warranty will incur additional charges.
Before you take the time to send it back to us, be sure to ask our friendly community. Some issues can be resolved without the need to send your handset in for repair.
How it works:
You send us your phone.
We’ll assess the fault(s) and send you a quote for a repair.
If you’re happy with the quote, you can choose to pay the repair cost.
Your phone will be returned to you, ship-shape and repaired.
Or, if you don’t like the quote cost, you have 2 options:
Your phone will be returned to you, but not repaired.
Choose to have the phone recycled. You won’t get the phone returned to you, but there also won’t be any extra charges.
How to return your phone for repair:
Pop over to Your orders
Click on “View details”.
Click on the “Return phone” button. Then just follow the instructions.
