What to do if you'd like to cancel your one touch switch, or add it to your order.

If you’d like to cancel you’ll need to reach out to one of our agents.

Cancelling a switch request doesn’t cancel your order. But if you do want to cancel the agent can help with that too.

Chat with one of our helpful agents from your broadband account page. At the moment, they’ll be available weekdays 8am - 8pm and on weekends 9am - 6pm.
