If your plan has ended or is coming to an end and you’re not sticking with us then we’ll be sorry to see you go. Your final bill will be your payment at the beginning of your last month with us.
If you want to leave, make sure you chat to an agent to cancel your plan. To get this sorted, chat with one of our helpful agents from your broadband account page. At the moment, they’ll be available weekdays 8am - 8pm and on weekends 9am - 6pm.
