If your eero router or any other parts of your kit are broken, faulty or entirely missing then let one of our agents know as quickly as you can and we’ll get right on it.
To get this sorted, chat with one of our helpful agents from your broadband account page. At the moment, they’ll be available weekdays 8am - 8pm and on weekends 9am - 6pm.
If it’s confirmed that the kit is faulty or broken then you’ll need to send it back to us, which is free and easy to do. You’ll need to generate a Royal Mail return label then drop it off at the Post Office. The agents will help you with this when you chat with them.
