Let’s see if we can get you back up and running.
If there are no lights on your eero at all then that means it doesn’t have power. Make sure it’s plugged in correctly, then start with the age-old ‘off and on again’ technique.
Reboot your eero
Unplug the eero from its power source then plug it back in. It should take about 2 minutes to boot back up. Wait until the LED lights are finished blinking then give your internet another try.
If that hasn’t worked, there are plenty more things you can try.
Check the Ethernet connection
Check that your eero is properly plugged in by Ethernet cable, you can tell if it’s plugged in correctly by the clicking sound the cable makes
Make sure the cable plugged into the router is the one that arrived with the original kit. Third-party cables may look the same but aren’t always compatible
Check the location of your router
As a general rule of thumb, it’s a good idea to place your router out in the open without any obstacles in the way, as this could impact its performance
Sometimes being too close or too far away from the router can cause performance issues, so try moving your devices to a different location
If that hasn’t done the trick, let’s take a closer look at your eero's LEDs.
