If you’ve been overcharged on a top-up or spot any extra charges you’re unsure about, you must speak with one of our agents. Give them the dates and amounts involved, and if it’s a mistake, they’ll sort out a refund.
Note: Any refund will be made to the same means of payment used during the transaction. Please allow for 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reach your bank account.
