Need a refund for something? Here's what to do

How to get a refund if you have purchased the wrong plan, accidentally added credit, or have been overcharged.

If you’ve picked the wrong plan or added credit by mistake, reach out to our agents. They’ll take a look and help get that refunded for you. This also covers situations where you’re moving your number to another network and want any leftover credit back.

Noticed something that doesn’t add up? If you think you’ve been overcharged on a top-up or there are charges you don’t recognise, pop a form over to an agent with the dates and amounts. If something’s off, they’ll get it sorted and refund you too.

Having trouble with a recent phone order? Don’t worry, once your order’s gone through, you’ll see it in your Order history under ‘Phone orders’. If your payment’s been taken but the order isn’t showing, have a quick chat with our HelpBot. If it can’t sort things there and then, it’ll connect you to one of our agents who’ll take a look and get everything sorted.

Note: Any refund will be made to the same means of payment used during the transaction. Please allow for 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reach your bank account.
