Need a refund for something? Here's what to do

How to get a refund if you have purchased the wrong plan, accidentally added credit, or have been overcharged.

If you’ve picked the wrong plan or accidentally added credit, reach out to one of our helpful agents who can get that refunded for you.

If you’ve been overcharged on a top-up or spot any extra charges you’re unsure about, you must speak with one of our agents. Give them the dates and amounts involved, and if it’s a mistake, they’ll sort out a refund.

Note: Any refund will be made to the same means of payment used during the transaction. Please allow for 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reach your bank account.
