If you’ve been a giffgaff mobile member since before 1 January 2026 and you haven't tried our broadband yet, you’re in the running! Just place your first broadband order between 12 January and 12 April 2026.
How do I get my 3 months free?
It’s simple. You pay for 3 months then the next 3 months are free.

Make your first three monthly payments on time.
Once that third payment clears (as long as it’s before 31 August 2026), we’ll pop a credit onto your account equal to three months of your current plan.
Anything I should watch out for?
Stick to the plan: If you switch to a more expensive plan during your free months (months 4-6), the credit won’t stretch to cover the extra cost.
One at a time: You can’t stack this with other broadband offers (like referral credit).
Be punctual: Missing a payment means you’ll lose your eligibility for the credit.
